Job Description

We are seeking a Translation Intern to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will directly support our international operations by providing accurate translation and interpretation services and working on various projects to connect with our global clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Translate and proofread various types of documents (e.g., correspondences, contracts, reports, presentations) from English to German and vice versa.
• Assist in maintaining terminology databases and translation memory systems.
• Maintain the high linguistic quality in target languages.
• Help in facilitating communications with our international clients and partners.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing unique ideas and experiences.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field.
• Experience with CAT tools, MS Office Suite, or similar software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong cultural sensitivity and understanding.
