Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

Tasks & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
