Internship Opportunity: Events Management – Dortmund, Germany

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating event logistics and facilitating the successful execution of events.
• Manage event registration processes and develop event budgets.
• Participate in organizing and conceptualizing themes and ideas for event designs.
• Conduct research on diverse event industry topics and trends.
• Collaborate with team members to develop presentations and proposals for clients.
• Contribute to the review and evaluation of events to continually improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with event management software.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral. Fluency in German would be an added advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events dictate.
