Wedding Planner Internship

We are known for transforming ordinary spaces into magical and unforgettable experiences, accustomed to delivering quality service for both national and international clients; and now, we're looking for a dedicated, passionate individual to join our team as an intern.

Job Description:

As an intern, you will learn and assist with the day-to-day activities within our company. This includes:

• Working closely with our team of event planners to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contacting vendors and venues.
• Negotiating contracts.
• Participating in the design and execution of events.
• Attending client meetings and contributing creative ideas.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing calendars, and conducting market research.

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in event planning and management.
• Is currently studying or has graduated with a degree in Hospitality, Event Management or a related field.
• Is fluent in both German and English.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is well-organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Is proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management software.
