Company Description:
Our collaborator company, located in Berlin is searching for active and motivated student who will be willing to work in the area of social commerce. Company is working B2B and is creating feedback systems in order to increase sales. It´s a great opportunity to develop your skills while supporting other companies all over the world to provide better customer service and loyalty.

Tasks:
- Coordinate with sales development, sales executives and supervisors
- Organise and update customer database
- Co-work directly with the sales development team
- Create and be in charge of business contacts
- Editing, processing and activating customer reviews
- Communicating with customers and assisting support and service teams
- Dealing with complaints
- Participate in special projects depending on experience and performance

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at university or recent college graduate
- Team worker
- Good organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with SEO
- Prior experience in sales organization is a plus
- Italian as native standard and fluent in English
- Friendly and open-minded appearance on the phone
- You have an ability to work on multiple tasks and well under tight deadlines
- Reliability and commitment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Remuneration:
350 euros/month

Internship hours: 
40 hours per week, 3 months or longer
