Internship Position: Translator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Translator intern to support our language services team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting, ideal for individuals looking to start their career in translation and localization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating documents, reports, and marketing materials from English to French and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • Support the localization of digital content for websites and applications, adapting language and tone to suit target audiences.
  • Participate in editing and proofreading translated materials to maintain high quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive glossaries and style guides for various projects.
  • Conduct research on industry-specific terminology to enhance translation accuracy and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CAT tools and other translation software is an advantage.
