UK Customer Success Internship in Paris 800 - 1200 €/month

Our partner is a technological, AI-based solution that detects suspicious behavior that could potentially harm property or people. They are looking for their next Customer Success intern. Your role will be to be in direct contact with our customers. You will be responsible for their onboarding, training and satisfaction. You will follow the customers so that they have the best possible ROI to generate maximum value to the product.

Tasks:

- Accompany and support the customer in using the product

- Managing your customer portfolio;

- Identify and respond to customer needs;

- Gather feedback and analyse the user experience to propose improvements;

- Ensure customer development;

- Manage customer complaints and churn;

- Follow an action plan and meet the objectives (KPIs)

Requirements:

- They are looking for candidates with a native language of English 

- French is a plus

- Relevant study fields

- Strong communication skills, mature profile

- Formal person, dedication to growth

- Prior experience is not compulsory but a plus

Internship hours:

40 hrs/ week - 35hrs/week

Start ASAP and for 6 months minimum

Remuneration:

Junior: 800€/month

Mid: 1000€/month

End of studies: 1200€/month
