Job Description

The chosen intern will have the chance to work alongside our seasoned professionals, gaining invaluable industry experience across multiple departments including Event Planning, Operations, Guest Relations, and International Marketing. Project involvement, hands-on managerial guidance, and front-end guest interaction is central to this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations within hotel and ensure all service standards are met.
• Handle customer queries and provide them with appropriate solutions.
• Assist in event planning, coordinating activities from start to finish.
• Collaborate with our marketing department to articulate and enhance our brand presence.
• Perform administrative tasks as directed by your supervisor.

Qualifications and Personal Requirements

Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field. Proven passion for the hospitality and tourism industry, excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task under pressure. Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
