Main Duties And Responsibilities:

As an intern in our Reception / Reservations department, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and welcoming guests promptly in a warm manner.
• Attending to guest needs, requests, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handling booking and rebooking reservations accurately and timely.
• Assisting with administrative tasks including handling of emails and telephone calls.
• Maintain a professional image and friendly attitude towards all guests, staff, and management.
• Strictly adhering to company confidentiality and security policies, and reporting any irregularities.

Job Requirements:

Key qualifications include:

• Final year student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly disposition.
• Excellent command of both English and French, spoken and written.
• Proficient in using technological tools and software.
• Right to work in France.
