Job Description

In the role of a Culinary Intern, you will get hands-on experience in the kitchen functioning, under the guidance of experienced chefs. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assisting kitchen staff and chefs in daily operations.
• Prepping ingredients for the cuisines and ensuring their quality standard is at par.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Observing and learning the art of French culinary skills, methodology, and presentation.
• Partaking in special projects and events when required.
• Strengthening your knowledge on safety regulations, food handling and sanitation techniques.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a tenacious individual with a passion for culinary arts and a genuine interest in French cuisine. The role demands:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Culinary Arts or related program.
• A basic understanding of kitchen equipment, safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
