Our collaborator is a private debt investment fund specializing in providing growth capital solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises across the Baltic region. The company supports ambitious businesses by offering flexible financing options that enable sustainable growth and expansion. With a strong focus on entrepreneurship and financial innovation, the organization provides valuable exposure to the fields of private debt, investment, and business development.
Tareas
- Conduct outbound calls to Estonian companies to introduce the fund's financing solutions.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including business owners, CEOs, and CFOs.
- Present the main features and benefits of the financing products offered.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and follow-up activities using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Send follow-up emails to prospects after introductory conversations.
- Qualify potential client companies according to established criteria.
- Schedule online meetings between qualified companies and the investment team.
- Support business development activities and contribute to lead generation efforts.
Requisitos
- Native or fluent Estonian language skills are mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in conducting professional phone conversations with senior decision-makers.
- Interest in finance, investment, private debt, and B2B sales.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Condiciones
- Financial compensation ranging from €500 to €900 per month, depending on internship schedule and responsibilities agreed upon.
- Training and guidance on financial products and business outreach processes.
- Clear target company criteria and support in building prospect lists.
- Hands-on experience in finance, private debt, and B2B sales.
- Opportunity to develop communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
- Exposure to the investment and SME financing ecosystem in the Baltic market.
Availability and hours
- Internship with flexible scheduling.
- Approximately 100 quality outbound calls per week are expected.
- Remote position with occasional visits to the office in Riga.
