Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to join our dynamic hospitality / tourism team. The successful individual will support our team in planning and organising travel packages, researching and booking accommodations, transportations and activities. They will also assist with customer service, answering queries and resolving issues. This role will give valuable insight into the different areas in the tourism industry.

Tasks Include:

  • Assist in planning and organizing travel packages.
  • Support the team in customer service activities.
  • Research potential travel sites, accommodations and activities.
  • Provide support in managing bookings and reservations.

Job Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Danish or another language is a plus.
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office or similar software.

Personal Requirements:

  • Every keen interest in the tourism industry.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU.
