Internship Opportunity: Event Management at a Top-Class Company in Aarhus, Denmark

Our well-established and highly reputed organisation, recognised for its creativity, innovation and high-quality event services in Europe, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Management Intern for our Aarhus office. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your competencies in a vibrant and fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in event planning, design and production from conception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning.
• Research market trends to identify new opportunities for events.
• Provide assistance in scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and performing general administrative tasks.
• Help ensure that events follow health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Current enrolment in a related BS or Masters degree.
• Prior event management experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and perform under pressure.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
