In this role, you will be responsible for:- Assisting the floor manager with daily tasks such as supervising staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met at all times;
- Ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and tidy at all times;
- Liaising with other departments within the hotel to ensure that all guest needs are met swiftly and efficiently;
- Providing support to the sales and marketing department in relation to promotional activities taking place within the hotel;
- Carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required by management from time to time.
Profile
Education: Tourism or a related degreeSkills and qualifications - Assistance floor management internship
- If you have previous experience working in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is a plus but not required;
- You are a good communicator, which means, your message is always sent clearly and efficiently;
- Strong organizational skills are part of your nature;
- A passion for delivering outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
