Tareas

  • Assist in organizing medical and scientific congresses and seminars.
  • Maintain direct contact with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Work under the supervision of the Congress Manager and alongside the administrative team.
  • Help process the scientific program of the congress, ensuring its accuracy and alignment with the event's objectives.
  • Ensure the highest quality of meetings and events, always having a backup plan in place to address any unforeseen issues.
  • Contribute to the profitability of congresses, adhering to the predetermined budget and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Handle design work using Adobe programs such as InDesign and Photoshop, maintaining a high standard of design quality.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth execution of congresses and seminars.
  • Display strong "people skills," being a problem-solver and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in addressing challenges and ensuring the success of events.

Requisitos

  • You are a third-year bachelor’s student seeking a 3-month internship.
  • You are a proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You present yourself professionally and are able to clearly convey ideas.
  • You possess the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You are familiar with web technologies, e-newsletters, and all Adobe applications.
  • You have a proactive mentality and are eager to contribute and support the team.
  • You maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French (Spanish is a plus).
  • You excel at planning, organizing, and managing time effectively.
  • You can work independently and handle tight deadlines with ease.
  • You are customer-focused and adept at negotiating.
  • You can identify opportunities and take initiative to seize them.
  • You are results-driven, precise, and work methodically.
  • You can think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • You are communicative, assertive, and stress-resistant.
  • Experience in the medical sector is an advantage.
