Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client needs.
• Assist in the development of client relationships and customer networks.
• Collaborate with the team on sales presentations and proposals.
• Support the sales team in meeting company targets.
• Participate and contribute to team meetings and sales training.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and best practices.
• Adequate knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ability to work well in teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
