Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working intern to join our hospitality/tourism team in Salzburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping to plan and organize events, coordinating promotional activities, and providing administrative support. Specific duties include:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Booking and confirming reservations
• Providing information about attractions, activities, and services
• Assisting with event planning, including coordinating with vendors
• Maintaining promotional materials, including brochures and flyers
• Developing promotional campaigns and initiatives
• Providing administrative support as needed

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Other requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with standard office software, including Microsoft Office
