Tarefas

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and online chat in Italian.

  • Resolve customer issues and provide troubleshooting support.

  • Offer customer-oriented solutions, with no sales required.

 

  • Utilize a knowledge base for independent problem-solving and proactive solutions.

Requisitos

  • Native-level written and verbal communication skills in Italian.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong team spirit.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

 

  • EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
