Tarefas

• Customer contact with customers by telephone, in Italian
• Contact by phone (inbound), as well as in writing via e-mail or online chat;
• Resolving questions and troubleshoot
  Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales;
• Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base;

Requisitos

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Good computer skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
