Our collaborator is a small restaurant in the North-Eastern part of Poland, Mazury. Believing in the idea of fun (not fine) dining, they are looking for people with a strong will to learn, motivated and who appreciate a good atmosphere at work.

While creating the menu, they are inspired by cuisine from all around the word, namely Spain, Italy, France, Morocco and Japan. They use high quality meat, seafood combined with ingredients typical to all countries of inspiration.

They work between May and September.  Your previous experience in restaurant would be a great advantage, but it is not required.

Tarefas

• Prepare ingredients for the dishes. 
• Assist the kitchen chef.
• Maintain clean and orderly workspace and tools.
• Ensure dishes are presented accordingly.

Requisitos

• Basic knowledge of the kitchen: preparation and cutting of ingredients, how to prepare the work station, the combination of different flavours.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Basic English communication skills

Compensation- €1000-2000/ month
