The company offers long-term growth opportunities and is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as they continue to develop and scale their platform. Their mission is to simplify and enhance B2B transactions, making them more efficient and accessible for businesses across Europe.

Tarefas

  • Sales & Relationship Management:

    • Proactively reach out to furniture manufacturers in Poland.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication to understand their needs and foster trust.
  • Manufacturer Outreach:

    • Utilize provided manufacturer lists to initiate contact.
    • Conduct independent research to identify new prospects and expand the client base.
  • Sales Focus:

    • Focus primarily on driving sales and relationship management.
    • Product onboarding and administrative tasks will be handled by other team members, allowing you to concentrate on generating growth and sales.
  • Team Collaboration:

    • Participate in bi-weekly follow-up meetings with the team for support, guidance, and progress tracking.
    • Collaborate closely with the founders, who are readily available to assist via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Requisitos

  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
  • A friendly, helpful, and caring personality with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships with manufacturers.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace software) and phone etiquette.
  • Interested in growing with the company, with the potential to take on more responsibilities in the future (e.g., Head of Sales or Head of Office).
  • Motivated by long-term success and opportunities for growth.
