Our collaborator is a hair care company founded in Naples in 2004. They offer a variety of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, styling products, and treatments. They also have a team of stylists who offer hair cutting, coloring, and styling services.
Tarefas
- Draft franchise agreements and check compliance with legal requirements.
- Draft employment contracts for the various professionals expected to work in the business.
- Review health and safety regulations and premises requirements.
- Protect trademarks and patents.
- Oversee all internal legal documentation and communications, such as compliance training, contracts, and employee safety policies.
- Anticipate and advise on legal issues as they arise.
- Stay abreast of local, state and national laws.
- Review contracts for unfair terms.
- Legal complaints against banks/insurance companies.
Requisitos
- Law students.
- At least B1 English required.
- No experience required.

Availability
- Start date: positions are open all year round.
- Duration: 1 to 12 months.
- 20 hours/ week.
