Our collaborator is a fast-growing online travel agency that specializes in delivering unforgettable cruise experiences. They connect travelers with top-tier cruise lines, ships, and itineraries worldwide. The team is dynamic, international, and committed to turning travel dreams into reality through expert sales and customer service.

Tarefas

• Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and returning customers

• Follow up with hot leads to convert interest into bookings

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cruise options

• Handle objections and close sales effectively

• Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system

• Stay informed about cruise ships, itineraries, and special offers

Requisitos

• Native Hungarian speaker

• Fluent in English

• Proven sales experience (preferably in tourism, luxury, hospitality, or call centers)

• Strong phone and online communication skills

• Comfortable working with sales targets

• Passion for travel; cruise industry knowledge is a plus

• Familiarity with CRM and booking systems (training provided)
