IT & Web Development Internship Position

Our well-recognised IT firm with a global influence is embarking on an exciting new venture and we're looking for a dedicated IT & Web development intern to join us in Portsmouth, UK. We are devoted to pushing boundaries and providing innovative digital solutions to clients worldwide.

Job Description:

As the IT & Web Development Intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks related to both IT support and website development. This will include:

  • Providing technical assistance for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Assisting in the design and development of websites, testing sites for usability and fixing bugs or other issues.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Supporting the development and roll-out of new applications.

    • Requirements:

    Job requirements are as follows:

    • Studying towards or Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Experience in Web Development (i.e.: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc).
    • Familiarity with Web Design is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Exemplary communication and teamwork skills.
    • Needs to be a proactive self-starter with a desire for continuous learning.
