JOB DESCRIPTION

Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting HR team in recruitment processes, including application reviews, interview scheduling, and feedback collection
• Supporting the creation of orientation materials and helping in the onboarding of new hires
• Participating in employee relationship management, managing HR records, and assisting with HR policy compliance
• Contributing and getting exposure in strategic projects including benefits evaluation and update, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent management initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates will have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with excellent organization skills
• Privacy and confidentiality handling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A keen interest in human resources functions and trends
