Job Description

The Architect Intern will support the design team in achieving cutting-edge architectural objectives, ensuring a blend of design excellence, sustainability and commercial success. Key tasks include contribution to architectural workflows, assisting in preparing architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, assisting senior architects with site analysis including survey of site conditions and finding design solutions, providing design & drafting using CAD and 3D software, contributing to creative brainstorming for projects, and assistance in conducting architectural studies and evaluations.

Relevant Skill Set

Conceptual thinking skills, proficiency in Digital Architectural tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhinoceros, and Grasshopper) and BIM, understanding of UK building regulations, excellent verbal & visual communication, and an ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
