Internship in Wedding Planner, London, United Kingdom

Introduction:

We are a well-known and reputed company based in London, United Kingdom. We offer a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Intern. The intern will be responsible for developing and managing wedding plans, scheduling events, and providing support to clients. The ideal candidate should have a great eye for detail and be able to think creatively and strategically.

Responsibilities:

• Taking part in the planning and organization of weddings and other related events.
• Assisting in the preparation and production of wedding-related materials.
• Coordinating transportation and accommodation for clients and vendors.
• Ensuring that the venue and all other suppliers are prepared ahead of time.
• Liaising with vendors to ensure the smooth running of events.
• Developing and implementing creative ideas to make the events unique and memorable.
• Drafting contracts and communicating with clients.
• Attending meetings and site visits.

Job Requirements:

• A passion for event planning and the ability to think on one's feet.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the wedding and event planning industry.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning.
• A degree in event planning/management or a related field.
