Job description

The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of Event Planning and Coordination, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in the planning and organisation of various company events
• Coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly
• Managing event budgets
• Analyzing event performance and preparing performance reports
• Helping in content creation for event promotion.

Job Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are:

• Currently studying or a recent graduate in Event Management or a related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communicators, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Eligible to work in the UK
