Role: Events Coordinator Intern

As an Events Coordinator Intern, you will assist in the planning, set-up, and execution of various specialist and niche events. Your job profile includes but is not limited to: brainstorming ideas for events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, coordinating event logistics, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and providing post-event feedback and reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related fields. Current students are also welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, although not compulsory, will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Flexibility to work beyond standard hours and on weekends if need be.
