Internship Position: Human Resources Intern

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team in Cardiff. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is eager to gain experience in various aspects of Human Resources, by actively participating in projects and daily operations.

Job Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including creating job postings and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR department in payroll processing while learning the key functionalities of HR system.
  • Participate in organizing company events and other activities related to boosting employee morale.
  • Help in creating and implementing effective onboarding plans for new hires.
  • Conduct research on HR-related issues and propose solutions to enhance the existing policies and procedures.
  • Support in maintaining the HR databases and employee performance management systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and adapt to diverse work styles.
  • Possess strong organization and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
