Job Description

This key role within our hospitality/tourism team involves a wide variety of tasks:

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and management of hospitality operations.
• Supporting events & conferences, which includes dealing with suppliers, managing operations, and assisting in post-event evaluations.
• Helping in the creation and implementation of innovative tourism products.
• Assistance in guest relations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborating with our marketing team to promote tourism products and maintaining our online presence.
• Conducting research on tourism market trends and customer demographics.
• Other duties as assigned relevant to the industry.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality or Tourism Management degree or similar qualification.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with basic technology platforms and applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
