Job Description

As a Culinary Intern, you will be given the extraordinary opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting, fast-paced industry. You’ll be integrated into our professional kitchen environment, assisting a group of international chefs in carrying out daily tasks.

Tasks Description

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as detailed by the Head Chef.
- Comply strictly with food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in the inventory management and ordering procedures, under supervision.
- Attend culinary workshops and training sessions for professional development.
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items, reflecting current trends and customer preferences.

Job Requirements

- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a culinary school.
- Passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
