Key Responsibilities:

The Intern’s primary responsibility will be to support the team with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the guest relations team in achieving customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in managing reservations and confirming bookings.
• Assisting in the arrangement of events, tours and other tourism-oriented services.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity.
• Participating in department meetings and offering valuable input.
• Supporting human resources and operations with administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recent graduates in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related fields. Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English are a must. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to customer service are expected. Familiarity with MS Office and knowledge of the local culture is beneficial.
