Your Role

This intern role will place you in the crux of our bustling kitchen. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you'll have the opportunity to delve into the dynamics of a professional kitchen setting, participating in food preparation, plating, and presentation.

Job Description / Tasks

• Assisting chefs in preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Learning about various cooking techniques and culinary designs
• Collaborating in menu creation and plating presentations
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared on time and of high quality
• Monitoring and managing stock and ingredients inventory
• Ensuring compliance to food safety and hygiene standards
