Are you ready to dive into an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience in operations, logistics, and client relations? Our collaborator specializes in handling apostilles, travel visa applications, and embassy legalizations, as well as legalizing other commercial export documents for international use.
They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support their team in ensuring smooth operational workflows. This internship provides a unique opportunity to get involved in both fieldwork and internal operations, as you will be handling tasks that range from visiting embassies and institutions to processing important client documents and managing logistics.

As an Operations Intern, you will be at the heart of their business, helping them streamline processes, coordinate the movement of key documents, and deliver excellent customer service. - Assist with processing and managing client documents, including visa applications and legalizations.
- Visit embassies, government offices, and other institutions to submit and retrieve client documents.
- Coordinate logistics for document deliveries and returns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Provide support for internal operations, including managing schedules and tracking document movements.
- Assist the customer service team in handling client inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure that all document-handling processes comply with legal and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve workflow efficiency.
Requisitos
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Operations, Logistics, Law, International Relations, Travel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Docs and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fieldwork: Comfortable with traveling locally to embassies and institutions.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in document processing and logistics management.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and ready to take initiative.
