Internship Opportunity: Reception/Reservations

We are thrilled to announce an internship opportunity in our Reception/Reservations department where the selected candidate will be working closely with our team based in Breda, The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage email and postal mail correspondence and respond to letters and emails.
  • Prepare and maintain a database of the guests, their arrival and departure arrangements.
  • Coordinate with the Reservation department to ensure smooth booking process.
  • Assist in processing payments, adjustments, and billings.
  • Support in handling guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Requirements

Successful applicants should: have strong verbal and written communication skills; have a good command over Dutch and English language; possess good interpersonal and customer services skills; have the ability to handle pressure and multitask; be comfortable with different time zones; be live in or willing to relocate to Breda; be enrollment in a degree in hospitality, business administration, or related fields; and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook.
