Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs, including workshops and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the administration of employee engagement surveys and compile feedback reports.
  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research on HR best practices and provide insights to enhance company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
