Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging Spanish language lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Facilitate conversation practice sessions and interactive activities to enhance students' speaking and listening skills.
• Support the development of lesson plans, materials, and assessments in collaboration with the teaching staff.
• Provide individual and small group support to learners requiring additional assistance.
• Organize and participate in cultural events and extracurricular activities to promote immersive language learning.
• Provide feedback and support to students on their progress and areas for improvement.
• Assist in classroom management and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish, with a strong command of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring languages is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and students.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
