Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our lead teachers to provide a supportive and engaging educational experience for our students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting teachers in planning and delivering English lessons.
• Preparing educational materials and digital resources.
• Conducting small group sessions to reinforce language concepts.
• Supporting language learners with their conversational skills through practice and feedback.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Participating in school events and community outreach activities.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
• A background in Education, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language is an asset.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
• Basic proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
