Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Intern

  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
  • Support administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing HR calendars, and preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborate with employees to address inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage with a diverse employee base.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
