Internship Opportunity: Human Resources Intern

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of documents, orientation sessions, and mentorship coordination.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
• Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
• Support administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing HR calendars, and preparing reports for management.
• Collaborate with employees to address inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related matters.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage with a diverse employee base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
