Job Description

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our qualified teachers in delivering effective language instruction. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting teachers in the preparation of lesson materials and activities.
• Conducting small group sessions to enhance students’ speaking, listening, and comprehension skills.
• Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help.
• Facilitating conversational practice and cultural exchange activities.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
• Helping to create a positive and engaged classroom environment.
• Participating in school events, workshops, and community outreach programs.

Personal Requirements

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience or interest in teaching or working with children/adults in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and enthusiasm to engage students in language learning.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles and learning needs.
