Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist classroom teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.

• Supervise students during breaks, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Help maintain classroom organization, including preparing materials and resources.
• Provide feedback to teachers on individual student progress and behavior.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive environment.

Job Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications (e.g., teaching assistant certification).
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
