Excitingly, we are now launching our new platform, Piktalent, which is not only more intuitive but also serves as the benchmark for student mobility and junior profiles across various sectors throughout Europe. This platform caters to educational institutions, companies, and junior profiles, positioning itself as a central hub for European opportunities.

Tarefas

  • Provide detailed and attentive customer service related to health insurance (Asisa)

  • Communicate effectively with clients both via phone, WhatsApp and email

  • Assist in managing client information and follow-ups

  • Support the sales and client onboarding process

 

  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer journey

Requisitos

  • Very high level of Spanish (minimum C1, not necessarily certified)

  • At least, upper-intermediate level of English (minimum B2, not necessarily certified)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Customer service excellence and a proactive attitude

 

  • Availability for future full-time, on-site employment in Sevilla

Condições

  • A dynamic and international work environment

  • One day of remote work per week

  • Two vacation days per month

  • Possibility of joining the team after the internship

 

  • Hands-on experience in customer service and sales in a growing company

 

Availability and hours:

  • Part-time internship, 20 to 30 hours per week

  • Minimum duration of 2 to 3 months

Location:

  • On-site in Sevilla, Spain (with one day of remote work per week)
