Our collaborator's mission is to create the perfect digital interaction between restaurants/bars and their customers, helping bars and their professionals earn more money while providing the best experience to their users. They believe in the potential of digitalisation to change the way we interact with the physical world.

Tarefas

• Streamline Operations: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize workflow efficiency across all departments.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and implement innovative solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues in various departments to ensure alignment and cooperation.
• Project Management: Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and achieving project goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and responding to inquiries.

 

Requisitos

• Intermediate English level.
• Advanced Spanish level.
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.
• Previous experience in a startup is a plus (hospitality/fintech startup experience is an advantage).
• Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
• A proactive attitude towards challenges and making an impact.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over your work.
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and resilience skills.

Condições

• Economic compensation: 750 euros per month.
• 2 remote work days per month.

 

Availability and hours

Start date: As soon as possible.

Minimum duration: 6 months.

Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
