Our collaborator is the first coworking office created in Seville, with more than 15 years of history. It is a reference point for freelancers, companies, and digital nomads from all over the world. We are a professional hub where local and international talent connects.
We are looking for a motivated candidate to support our customer service and front desk operations. This position is essential for the daily running of the coworking space and for delivering the best possible experience to our members and visitors.
Greet and welcome coworkers, visitors, and clients.
Handle face-to-face, phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
Assist with check-ins of new coworkers (guiding them through the space and services).
Support with booking management: meeting rooms, day passes, and office tours.
Help with administrative tasks: documents, printing, copying, small office needs.
Ensure the reception and coworking space remain tidy, organized, and professional.
Provide information about our services in Spanish and English.
Assist in opening or closing the office.
Support in solving small daily issues (internet, materials, customer requests).
Occasionally help with events or community activities.
Studies related to Administration, Business, Tourism, Communication, or similar.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Strong customer service skills: polite, professional, and approachable.
Responsible, proactive, and organized.
Comfortable working with basic office tools (Google Workspace, email, etc.).
Economic compensation: 300 € / month.
Full-time internship (Monday to Friday).

Practical customer service experience in a growing coworking company.

Availability and hours
Start date: as soon as possible.
Part time position: 20-25 hours per week.
Variable schedule adaptable to coworking conditions.
