Job Description

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and enhancing the learning experience of students. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Supporting individual students and small groups, particularly those needing additional help.
• Supervising students during activities and breaks to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Helping to prepare teaching materials and classroom resources.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Contributing to the development of educational programs and initiatives.
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Education or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a team environment.
