We are seeking a motivated Executive Intern Assistant to join our dynamic firm. As an intern assistant, you will support the day-to-day administrative functions of our firm and assist in coordinating various aspects of our M&A transactions & Consultancy Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who is interested in gaining experience in the financial services industry, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing communications.
- Support the preparation and organization of documents for M&A transactions & Consultancy Services, including due diligence, client presentations, and reports.
- Help maintain client files and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in market research and analysis to support client projects and business development efforts.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the firm.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with Canva, Trello and similar apps.
