Job Description

As a Spanish Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lead instructors in delivering engaging and effective language lessons. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of Spanish language lessons, focusing on conversational skills and grammar.
• Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students needing extra support.
• Facilitating language practice through interactive activities, games, and conversation clubs.
• Assisting in the development of teaching materials and resources.
• Participating in school events, workshops, and cultural activities.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to instructors.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in a language school setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• A degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
