Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education / Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality education. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers in preparing and implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Providing support to students with varied learning needs, ensuring inclusion.
• Monitoring student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers.
• Helping maintain a positive classroom environment through proactive engagement.
• Supervising students during breaks and school activities.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and classroom organization.
• Collaborating with parents and other educators for holistic student support.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma; relevant tertiary qualification a plus.
• Experience in a teaching assistant role or related educational field preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse learning environments.
