We are a renowned language school situated in the scenic city of Murcia, Spain. We're currently on the hunt for a passionate and dedicated English Teaching Assistant to help students improve their English language abilities and understand the culture of English-speaking countries.
The chosen candidate will work closely with our experienced, in-house English teachers to provide an immersive, beneficial learning environment. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting educators in planning and implementing lesson plans
- Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students of various proficiency levels
- Helping students refine their grammatical, writing, listening and speaking skills in English
- Reviewing and providing feedback on students' homework and in-class assignments
- Participating in the organization and execution of school events aimed at promoting multi-cultural understanding
To apply for this position, you are required to meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field
- Proficiency in English, both in written and spoken forms
- At least one year of teaching or tutoring experience at an educational institution
- Acquaintance with the Spanish language is a plus
- Highly organized, punctual, and adept with classroom management
- Ability to design engaging lessons to meet students' individual learning needs
